Rihanna & Chris Brown Spotted Again In Short Pump

Only a few short weeks ago, we reported via our Twitter feed that popular music stars Rihanna and Chris Brown were spotted at Short Pump Town Center. Well, it’s happened once again, and this time there are pictures. Brown, a native of Tappahannock, Virginia, seems to frequent the Richmond area.

Why Short Pump Town Center? While we can only speculate, we believe it to be the center’s mix of upscale tenants and the singers’ abilities to remain (relatively) anonymous, as opposed to higher-profile areas or cities.

The two were spotted early Monday evening, around 4:30 PM. A patron to the mall, identified online only as Blanton, snapped some photos of their encounter and his friend, identified only as Sarah, emailed the photos to fan website RihannaDaily.com.
