New Office Complex Slated For Twin Hickory’s Back Entrance

Yet another new office condominium development is planned for the Twin Hickory development, this time at the back entrance of Twin Hickory, at the intersection of Twin Hickory Lake Drive and Pouncey Tract Road. The plan calls for multiple office condo units, as well as a free-standing branch bank location at the front of the property.

The plan is pending a rezoning application by the Henrico County Board of Supervisors. They’ll hear the developer’s request at their monthly public hearing on September 11, 2008 at the Western Government Center on Parham Road.
