Fire-Ravaged Innsbrook Office Building Demolished

October 16, 2008 - 1:48 pm · By Trevor Dickerson

The shell of an Innsbrook office building located at 5320 Sadler Road, gutted by fire in July, was demolished this morning. The building, which was home to businesses such as Richmond Hope Therapy and Allstate Insurance, was determined to be a total loss. Damages were estimated to be at around $1.1 million.

Richmond Hope Therapy, a non-profit organization that aims to “provide hope by sponsoring children for life-changing therapy services that enrich their lives and the lives of their families”, has relocated to temporary office space in the Dominion Place Office Condos at 4900 Dominion Boulevard until their original building can be reconstructed. The organization lost all of their equipment in the fire, but has received generous donations from the community, totaling more than $6,000.
