Fire-Ravaged Innsbrook Office Building Demolished
The shell of an Innsbrook office building located at 5320 Sadler Road, gutted by fire in July, was demolished this morning. The building, which was home to businesses such as Richmond Hope Therapy and Allstate Insurance, was determined to be a total loss. Damages were estimated to be at around $1.1 million.

Don’t “Block The Box”
As traffic inevitably gets heavier and heavier throughout the Short Pump area because of new development, many of the intersections on West Broad Street are getting blocked when traffic continues through the intersection as the traffic signal turns red. Not only does this block intersecting traffic from entering, but it also creates a safety hazard.
