Henrico Police arrested 39-year-old Raleigh Thomas Campbell after he took his 9-year-old son to the Beach House Bar & Grill in the Shoppes At Innsbrook. Authorities spotted the two leaving the bar around 1:00 a.m. and charged the father with felony child neglect, driving under the influence of alcohol, and refusing to take a blood alcohol test.

Police were called to the bar after Campbell got into a dispute with a woman inside, and he drove off with his son, before being stopped by a patrol car down the road. Campbell was found not guilty in 2005 in the death of his off-again, on-again girlfriend, Carrie Ann Williams of Chesterfield.
