Henrico Police are seeking a man on charges of credit card theft, credit card fraud and grand larceny. The suspect was captured on tape at the 7-Eleven at 12395 Gayton Road at 9:30 p.m. on March 12, 2009, making a purchase with a stolen credit card. Investigators have just now put the pieces together.
The card was allegedly used shortly after a woman reported her purse was stolen as she dined at a restaurant in the 12000 block of West Broad Street, in or near the Towne Center West shopping center. The suspect was seen in the surveillance tape wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, jeans, and dark sneakers and was driving a mid-size car. Anyone with information in this case is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 780-1000.
