Short Pump-Related Planning Commission Cases: May 2009

Below are the Short Pump-related cases to be heard at the Henrico County Planning Commission meeting on Thursday, May 14, 2009. It’s a good way to keep on top of new development that’s being proposed in the Short Pump community.

All meetings are open to the public and take place at 7:00 p.m. at the Western Government Center on Parham Road. Theobald for CP Other Realty, LLC: Request to conditionally rezone from B-2C Business District (Conditional) to B-3C Business District (Conditional), part of Parcel 735-763-7898, containing approximately 1.680 acres, located on the north line of West Broad Street (U. S. Route 250) approximately 1,650 feet east of N. Gayton Road. The applicant proposes a car wash. The use will be controlled by zoning ordinance regulations and proffered conditions. The Land Use Plan recommends Mixed Use. The site is in the West Broad Street Overlay District.
