With New Businesses, The Shoppes At Westgate Now Fully Leased

While many Short Pump shopping centers have lost tenants due to the recession and many businesses have closed their doors, one center is completely leased out. Thalhimer Commercial Real Estate leasing representative Jim Ashby says The Shoppes At Westgate at Broad and Lauderdale is welcoming a host of new tenants.

The Mixing Bowl Bakery recently relocated to the center from its former location at Parc Place, next to Short Pump Town Center. Fido Park Avenue, a specialty pet supply store, has also leased space.

Monkees, a well known franchised woman’s boutique is taking the former Alltel space next to Panera Bread. Finally, Anokha Indian Restaurant took over the space formerly occupied by California Tortilla.
