		<description>It is hard not to agree with the membership majority.
I was a membership board member and vice president of the SPCC several years ago when I started to notice the negative drive by the Short Pump Civic Association and Short Pump Ruritans and the full controling factor of the SPCC board. It is a sad day indeed to see the ultimate goal of this contoling board members trying to disolve our ourganization so they can cash in the treasure chest!
The membership has maintained the going of the association and it should be a part if an end is to be.</description>
