Local Outreach Group Starts Flash Mob In Short Pump Town Center Courtyard

Richmond Outreach Center, a large church and outreach ministry in the city’s south side better known as The ROC, brought a little holiday cheer to Short Pump Town Center shoppers earlier this month when they descended on the courtyard and started a flash mob, singing and dancing to popular Christmas songs.

The group recently posted a video online depicting how the whole thing went down, which can be seen below.
