Teachers At Nuckols Farm Elementary Going Green With Formation Of New Club


While many of us are busy decking the halls with red and green, the students at Nuckols Farm Elementary are going “green’ in a different way. Inspired by the enthusiasm generated by last years’ school theme “Growing Up Green,” two teachers, Anna Stacey and Sarah Brockman, have founded a new school club, “The Green Team.”

Okay, I’m a sucker for a wood-burning fire, so it is no surprise that when I stepped into Café Caturra with its not one, but two wood-burning fireplaces (one inside and one gracing the outdoor seating area) I was hooked.
