A new office development may be coming to a tract of farmland on West Broad Street. Plans are in the early stages for Short Pump Professional Center, a proposed office park on West Broad Street at North Gayton Road, near Strange’s Florist & Garden Center.

Henrico Police Searching For Missing Teens in Need of Medical Assistance

Henrico Police needs the public’s assistance in locating two juveniles who may need medical help. 14-year-old Vanessa R. Loranzo and 17-year-old Christophe J. Winn were both last seen in the 11400 block of Orchard Park Drive in the Addison at Wyndham apartment complex, on March 7th.

A popular southside restaurant has crossed the river and opened up shop in Short Pump. Kabab Grille, a Pakistani staple in Chesterfield since 2006, opened last month in the Towne Center West development.

Virginia Eye Institute, long known for its range of optical services around the Richmond area and beyond, has opened a new state-of-the-art facility in the Towne Center West development. The Short Pump center, which officially opened Monday, offers everything from standard eye exams to surgical procedures.

The National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC) of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) honored Eagle Construction of VA at the 2012 National Sales and Marketing Awards, The Nationals.

Bank & Gas Station to be Demolished for New Drug Store at Broad & Pouncey Tract

The west corner of West Broad Street and Pouncey Tract Road, vacant for the past several years, is about to get new life breathed into it. A new 12,000-square-foot Walgreen’s drug store has been approved on a 1.62 acre parcel where a former Wachovia Bank and Miller’s Neighborhood Market currently stand. Both will soon be demolished.
