Custom home builders and HHHunt develop new residential community in Short Pump

Located in Richmond’s West End just west and north of Short Pump, Westin Estates will feature custom homes on beautiful one acre-plus wooded lots. Home prices start in the upper $500s.
HHHC has begun clearing the land and preparing it for new homes. Three home sites have already sold within the development. The first phase of development includes 24 lots. Construction of new homes will begin in early 2013.
HHHC has partnered with three of the region’s custom builders — Hamlin Homes, J.R. Walker Homes and Southern Traditions Homes — to create this development. Their vision for Westin Estates is to provide rural estate living to homeowners, while staying conveniently within Richmond’s West End.
