Henrico Police detectives have made an arrest in a sex offense that occurred on June 30th at the Michael’s Crafts store in the 9800 block of West Broad Street. On Friday, detectives charged 36 year old Brian A. Langhorne of the 9700 block of Greenmeadow Circle with sexual battery and object sexual penetration.

Police were called to Michael’s around 3:15 p.m. on June 30th with reports that a female was fondled while shopping.
