Henrico Police Detectives have made two arrests in connection with the West End bank robberies that occurred on Wednesday, June 13th. On Friday, June 15th, 42-year-old Charles N. Decker of the 2300 block of Carrollwood Court was charged with robbery of the Central Virginia Bank located in the 3400 block of Lauderdale Drive.
39-year-old Tomorrow M. Felix of the 4700 block of Fox Rest Drive was also charged on Friday, June 15, 2012, for the robbery of the Suntrust Bank located in the 4000 block of Glenside Drive.
Detectives are still seeking the public’s assistance with information in reference to the attempted robbery at the Assurance Federal Credit Union in the 2000 block of Staples Mill Road.
