An outdoor Holiday Market will take place on Saturday, December 1, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at 68 Broad Street Rd., Manakin Sabot, VA,23103. Tis the Season Farm will be offering Christmas trees, wreaths and pine garland at the lot adjacent to the Holiday Market. The Holiday Market will be held on the same site as the seasonal My Manakin Market farmers market, under cover of two large marquee tents.
The Holiday Market will offer a huge variety of seasonal produce, meats, cheese, local wine and wine tastings, sustainably made artisan crafts, free children’s activities, live music, and a visit from Santa himself from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Piedmont Smokehouse will also be there with prepared foods for hungry shoppers.
ChiknEGG Productions owns and operates My Manakin Market, a large outdoor seasonal market located just five minutes west of Short Pump on Broad Street Road in Eastern Goochland County. Owner/manager Lisa Dearden has been involved with the Central Virginia food system and area farmers markets for close to eight years.
